When does the course start and finish?
The course starts as soon as you enroll. It is a completely self-paced online course - you decide when you start, when you finish, and you can pause at any time. There are multiple units totaling 7 hours of material, and you can space that over several weeks/months or binge it in one day if you desire.
How long do I have access to the course?
After enrolling, you have unlimited access to the course for one year across any and all devices you own as this is a web-based course. Training officers are able to request an expiration date for the course specific to their needs.
What if I am unhappy with the course?

Who is this course for?
Any law enforcement officers in Indiana in need of annual mandated training requirements as shown on ILEA website https://www.in.gov/ilea/2525.htm. This course is relevant for agencies looking for comprehensive quality training, officers needing to finish out annual training hours, admin personnel with heavy workloads, dispatch, corrections, court officers, prosecuting investigators, reserve officers, and support staff.

What happens after I complete the course?
After you complete the class including a post-test, a downloadable Certificate of Completion will be issued digitally listing the course topics and the Training Provider Number for the Northeast Indiana Law Enforcement Training Council (NEILETC). Report the training by submitting a copy of the certificate with the LETB Certified Training Provider number (5000-06) to your department Training Coordinator. It's that simple!
